As a young mechanical engineer it was very important that I have both mentorship and continuous opportunities for growth. Seurat offers mentorship for employees of all backgrounds and experience levels as well as the opportunity to learn new skills from other teams (ie. process, controls, etc.). Having awesome mentors and a very supportive environment (that allows me to make mistakes and learn from them) has allowed me to grow my confidence, rapidly develop my skill set and cultivate so many different experiences that are essential for my future endeavors.
